Your sales rep Luke took the extra time to find the right shingle and color. He looked for a color that would enhance the brick work of the house. The job was then priced out VERY competitively, with no wasted shingles.
The crew that showed up was on time, started working with 110% effort, and never stopped until the job was done. My neighbor down the street used a competitor of yours, and in the time it took you to complete my roof-- they still had not removed all the old shingles from my neighbors house. Your crew took real pride in their work, and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived.
